ETP & STP

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) is a process design for treating the. industrial waste water for its reuse or safe disposal to the environment. The Effluent treatment plants (ETP) are used for the removal of high amounts of organic compounds, debris, dirt, grit, pollution, toxic, non-toxic materials and polymers etc. from industrial effluent. COD or Chemical Oxygen Demand is the total measurement of all chemicals (organics & in-organics) in the water / waste water; BOD is a measure of, the amount of oxygen that require for the bacteria to degrade the organic components present in water / waste water.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a facility that receives the waste from domestic sources and filters it to remove the harmful substances that deteriorate water quality and affect public health and safety when discharged into rivers, canals, and other water bodies. There are three main stages of the wastewater treatment process, aptly known as primary, secondary and tertiary water treatment. In some applications, more advanced treatment is required, known as quaternary water treatment. Sewage treatment plant works by breaking down solid waste to produce a cleaner, more environmentally friendly effluent.
